About M-Squad
Over the years, M-Squad has been through many changes, yet adhered to their original goal of being successful in the recording industry. Influenced by the glory days of 3rd Coast Hip-Hop and the music created by Rap-A-Lot Records, Suave House Records and the Screwed Up Click (SUC) movement, M-Squad traces its creation to the days when a few friends from Missouri City Texas (Mo City Texas) who shared a similar love for music began writing and recording music together.
When their music was shared using the internet and social media, M-Squad’s music and reputation began to spread throughout the South and Houston’s underground music scene, slowly gaining a loyal and dedicated following. With growing fame and the public’s acceptance of their music, M-Squad released a series of very popular and successful singles from the group and its individual members including; “Screwston Texas” featuring D-Moe (L.A.R.N Kinguno), “Break um Off” featuring Yung Husain, “We The Shit” featuring Yung Husain and Yung Pimp Fe.
M-Squad through Speekeezy Entertainment is working to put southern Hip-Hop back on the map with Where They Dew That At a southern street slang that’s used anytime something unexpected, crazy, or weird happens explains the verses from Yung Pimp Fe and Yung Husain on this track, this is M-Squad at their best.
